- Business Credentials: Company Name, DOT Number, MC Number, Insurance details.
- Operational Data: Fleet size (Number of Trucks), Freight Types, Operating Regions, and ELD/Telematics data (Hours of Service, Location) via integrations with partners like Samsara and Motive.
- Financial Information: Revenue estimates, banking information for payments (processed via Stripe/Plaid), and credit history for leasing or fuel card eligibility.
- Survey & Preference Data: Responses regarding operational challenges (“pain points”), load sourcing habits, and feature preferences collected via our Pre-registration forms.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data powers the “Virtual Carrier” experience. We use it for:
- Pilot Program Evaluation: Assessing your eligibility and lane compatibility for our initial launch.
- AI & Machine Learning: We use aggregated operational data to train our “P-Rex” recommendation engine, improving load matching accuracy and rate predictions for all users.
- Service Provision: Automating compliance (IFTA, HOS), processing Instant Payments, and managing digital documents.
- Risk Assessment: Verifying operating authority and safety scores to maintain platform integrity.

To provide a full-stack service, MyTrux connects with trusted industry partners. We may share necessary data with:
- Load Boards & Brokers: (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, Uber Freight) to source and book loads on your behalf.
- Financial Partners: (e.g., Stripe, Plaid) to facilitate instant payments and digital wallet features.
- Compliance Providers: (e.g., ELD providers) to automate logbook and safety monitoring.
- Insurance Underwriters: To secure group coverage rates included in our service fee.

Submission of the “Letter of Intent” (LOI) or “Pre-registration Form” serves as a non-binding expression of interest. It does not constitute a legal obligation to purchase services or enter a binding partnership until a final Carrier Agreement is signed.
